Coaching
What is coaching?
Coaching, simply put, bridges the gaps between your reality and your dreams, your vision and your expectation. Coaching can be used in most situations as a vehicle to help you achieve your big dreams.
Why use coaching?
Coaching is fun, challenging and, most of all, rewarding. Having a coach is like having all the best parts of a personal trainer, motivator and mentor.
How does it work?
"Your current reality is not your only reality"
|
Coaching is generally split into 12 sessions. Session 1 looks at the key areas of your life - the key components of day-to-day living that make up YOU - and we break these components down into 3 goals. (Of course, if you come to coaching with goals already in mind, that’s fine too!)
Over the remaining 11 sessions, we work together using a proven coaching method. We work towards you achieving your goals, and learning a lot about yourself along the way. After all, often it’s not the destination that is most important, but the journey that provides the real value.
Life's too short for second best. Don't accept your current reality as your only reality.

Brett Owen has many years’ experience in the coaching and mentoring fields, and has completed formal training with Results Life Coaching.
Because of his physical disability, he has a unique perspective on life that enables him to bring out the best in people while keeping them focused on the goal at hand.
His passion is to see people excel in every area of their lives. This is the primary reason for the existence of Integrity Life Management. Integrity Life Management will see you challenged to believe in your dreams, and then work with you as you achieve them and move far beyond your expectations.
Life is not a spectator sport. By challenging yourself, you inspire others.
